To support the delivery of the ConsiderBeyond Service, we may engage and use third-party service providers (each, a “Subprocessors”) with access to the Customer Data and personal information customers may upload, access, process, or transmit to the ConsiderBeyond Service. This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Service or superseding written agreement between Customer and ConsiderBeyond (the “Agreement”).
Subprocessors
ConsiderBeyond currently uses third-party Sub-Processors to provide infrastructure services, customer support, and email notifications. Before engaging any Subprocessors, ConsiderBeyond performs strict due diligence to ensure ConsiderBeyond’s customer data remains secure and protected.
The following list identifies the Sub-Processors used by ConsiderBeyond, the type of services that may be provided, and the location where such sub-processing activities are performed.
